Good Faith Estimates

  • You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.

  • Under the law, healthcare providers are required to provide clients who are not using insurance with an estimate of expected charges for services.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate before your first scheduled service or upon request.

  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

  • For questions or to request your Good Faith Estimate, please contact Mindfully Anchored Counseling and Wellness.
