Fees

  • Initial Session (intake/evaluation): $200

  • Individual Sessions (ongoing): $175 per session

EAP (Employee Assistance Program) Contracts

We are contracted with the following EAP providers:

Private/Self Pay

Clients without insurance, as well as those who choose not to use their insurance, are welcome to utilize private/self-pay options. If cost is a barrier, contact us so we can discuss options and available resources.

Superbills and Insurance Verification

  • We can provide a superbill (receipt) after your session that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement when applicable.

  • We will verify your insurance benefits prior to your first appointment. Please note: benefit verification from our side is not a guarantee of coverage. We strongly encourage you to contact your insurance company as well to confirm coverage, out-of-pocket costs, co-pays, deductibles, session limits, and whether pre-authorization is required.
