Considering therapy you may have been feeling overwhelmed, emotionally tired, burned out, anxious, depressed, or going through a life transition. You may have been impacted by past traumas, navigating your own chronic health, or maybe you’re a caregiver for someone.
Deciding to start therapy can feel scary at first, especially if you do not know what to expect. It can bring curiosity, nervousness, uncertainty, and excitement. People often wonder what therapy is like and “if it will be the right fit.”

Therapy can be short term or longer term, depending on your personal needs, wants, and goals. Therapy can help with being able to set goals, life transitions, womens’ health, grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, relationships, etc. If it is something you would like to explore, address or work on, therapy can help and we can explore this together.
