Who We Are
Mindfully Anchored Counseling and Wellness is a small, holistic mental health therapy practice in the North Hills of Pittsburgh, PA dedicated to meeting the needs of clients from diverse backgrounds. We are passionate about supporting people who have experienced trauma, women’s health concerns, chronic health conditions, and life transitions. Our practice is LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent affirming while serving individuals aged 18 and older.
We believe therapy should be accessible and tailored to each person’s needs. You are the expert on your own life ; your knowledge, values, and goals guide the direction of your care. Our role is to provide skilled, compassionate support: helping you build safety, process experiences, develop coping tools, and explore growth and self-discovery, through evidence-based practices.
